Terms and Conditions 20th of July Event


Participation Consent:

You voluntarily participate in the Parkour Speed Run Competition, Youthgames or After party and assume all risks associated with parkour activities, including but not limited to injury and physical harm.

You confirm that you are physically fit and have not been advised against participating in physical activities by a health professional.

Media Release:

You grant Kaizen Parkour Academy (Luxembourg) a.s.b.l. and LXPE the right to capture photographic, video, and digital images during the event. These images may feature you and your performance.

You allow the use of these images for promotional, news, online/multimedia, research, and/or educational purposes without compensation. The images may be used in publications, media releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of LXPE and Kaizen Parkour Academy (Luxembourg) a.s.b.l..

Personal Information:

You agree that your personal information (name, contact details, and other relevant information) may be used for event organization purposes. Any personal information provided will be processed in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

Safety and Conduct:

You agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the event organizers. You also agree to conduct yourself in a manner that ensures your safety and the safety of others.

You understand that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in disqualification and/or removal from the event without recourse to any form of compensation.

Cancellation and Changes:

LXPE reserves the right to modify, cancel, or postpone the event due to weather conditions, emergency situations, or any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

You will be notified of any significant changes to event details or scheduling as early as possible.

Liability Waiver:

You release Kaizen Parkour Academy (Luxembourg) a.s.b.l., LXPE, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, demands, and causes of action due to or arising from your participation in the event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
